Crusty Mustard Chicken
The dried lemon and orange peel in the rub give the chicken a bit of a crust. The mustard and chipotle pepper give it a distinct flavor. The crusty chicken is reminiscent of shake and bake chicken, but so much better.

Beer Can Chicken
Also known as Drunk Chicken and 6-Pack Chicken. I am certain that there are other names too. The beer gives the chicken a fantastic flavor and keeps it moist. Try various sodas instead of beer for other delicious flavors. You can also try different dry rubs to vary the flavor too. Using a special beer can chicken rack prevents the chicken from falling over during cooking.

Smoked Hickory Teriyaki Chicken Breast Strips
So delicious and so simple. Smoked hickory flavor without the wood chips. For more of a traditional meal, use 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts instead of the strips.

Honey Mustard Chicken Breasts
This main dish has a tangy, sweet, spicy flavor. Instead of fresh, minced jalapeño peppers, I used canned, diced jalapeño peppers, drained well. They worked out just fine. Double the amount of jalapeño peppers to add more bite to the sauce. Perfect for a Cinco de Mayo barbeque complete with chips, salsa, bean dip, margaritas, etc. Have guests wear sombreros and use piñatas as decorations!
